Shipping Policy

**PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME**

Processing takes about 4-6 business days. Once that's done, our shipping team take over! You'll get a email with tracking info once your package is on its way.

**APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES** (excluding weekends/holidays)

- USA: Usually 7 to 16 business days (with tracking)
- Rest of the world: Around 7 to 21 business days (tracking might vary)

**Delayed Delivery:**
Every now and then, packages might take a little longer than expected. If you haven't seen any updates for over 30-60 business days, we'll send out a new package. Especially during busy times like the holiday season!

**SEPARATE PACKAGES**

Sometimes we need to split up orders for various reasons. No worries, we'll make sure everything gets to you safe and sound!

**UNCLAIMED ORDERS**

If your package bounces back to us because of an address mix-up or it's left unclaimed, we can't be held responsible. If you spot an error, give us a shout at [support@davisk9connections.com](mailto:support@davisk9connections.com) right away, and we'll try to fix it!

**CANCELLING AN ORDER**

Oops, changed your mind? No worries! Just shoot us an email at [support@davisk9connections.com](mailto:support@davisk9connections.com) within 30 minutes, and we'll do our best to cancel it for you.

**REFUND POLICY**

We're all about keeping you happy! While we usually don't offer refunds, if your product arrives damaged, snap some pics and send them over to [support@davisk9connections.com](mail to:support@davisk9connections.com), along with your info. We'll work on a solution together.
